Using young “Ousia” as the basis, blended with an also double distilled spirit of sundried grape skins, and matured for eight years in old oak barrels previously used to mature ‘Anama Vintages within (barriques that have been carefully cleaned using steam and hot under pressure water, to remove most of the absorbed ‘Anama from the wood), is resulting to this amazingly smooth and rich, rare spirit. Another grand pairing for a fine, matured cigar.
