Furthermore, please note that products delivered outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to custom clearance and relevant fees; the company cannot be held liable for any other costs that may be added to these subject to different national legislations. 2. Placing an order
2.1 Only orders placed by persons who are 18 or over will be accepted. By placing an order you certify that you are an adult according to the laws of your country or state of residence.
2.2 We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email to the email address you have registered with us. A contract will be formed between us at the point we send you an email confirming the shipment of your order.

2.4 We may not be able to accept your order due to the following reasons:
a. The product you have ordered is out of stock.

2.5 Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, images and specifications of each product are accurate. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the goods delivered. We may, from time to time, vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of goods displayed on the website without prior notice.
3. Availability
3.1 All products shown on www.theanamaconcept.com are subject to availability.
3.2 The 'Anama Concept reserves the right to withdraw any product from the www.theanamaconcept.com website at any time and remove or edit any material or content of the website without prior notice and without any liability for any damages occurring from the above actions.
3.3 In case an order is placed for a product that is no longer available, we shall contact you within 72 hours to inform you of the shortage.
4. Cancelling an order
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email at info@theanamaconcept.com stating your order number.
4.2 Cancellation must be received within 24 hours of ordering. If you notify us for a cancellation later than 24 hours after placing the order, we will do our best to accept your request provided we haven’t processed or dispatched your order yet. If we accept your cancellation request, we will notify you by sending you an email to the email address you have registered with us.
4.3 It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy below (point 5).
4.4 As soon as we accept your cancellation request for an item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s postage charge. Refunds may take a few days to reach you, according to the policies set out by our payment processing partner Paypal, at www.paypal.com.
5. Returns
5.1 If you accept delivery of a package from us and (i) the goods are faulty; or (ii) we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us by email at info@theanamaconcept.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order and return the items within 7 days. We will exchange the damaged/faulty/incorrect goods without charge to you as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned.
5.2 Please note that the return costs will usually not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
5.3 We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for any return you send to us. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
5.4 Until any purchased items are returned to us, you are responsible for their safe keeping and for taking reasonable care of them. We recommend that you use postal insurance for any returns, as we do not accept liability for damaged or lost packages during transit back to us.

6. Payment
6.1 Payment can be made by PayPal account. The payment charge will be concluded upon or after the delivery of the goods to the customer. When your payment is processed you are redirected to the secure environment of Paypal (PayPal), which protects your personal information against any leakage or misuse through a secure socket layer (SSL) protocol and Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data security Standard.
6.2 The 'Anama Concept won't store sensitive financial information such as your credit card details or bank account number nor will it keep any records of your financial details. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data which you send us by email. Accordingly, please do not send us any payment information using email or any other method. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the information you provide us when placing an order.
6.3 For the prevention of fraudulent transactions, The 'Anama Concept reserves the right to only ship orders to addresses that match the billing address of the buyer as stated by him on the online form.
If a buyer is a registered PayPal user, the purchased items will only be sent to the confirmed PayPal address. The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to PayPal.
6.4 We regret that we cannot accept cheques or cash as payment.
6.5 The 'Anama Concept has no control over any customs or import duties, or any other restrictions and regulations that could be implied at your destination country and for which you will be solely liable.
7. Pricing Policy
7.1 All prices shown on our website are given by default in Euro (€), and include local VAT and other taxes, which will be charged at the current rate according to Cyprus tax laws and regulations.
7.2 Please note that the prices shown on our website pricelist do not include shipping costs or any tax, duty and VAT applicable at the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process and they are added to the shopping cart before the order is finalized. Please be aware that you as the customers are solely responsible for any tax, duty or other charges applied locally at the destination country. Please do not proceed with a payment if you do not agree with the shipping costs or any taxes and duties.
7.3 Although we try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it.
8. Delivery Information
8.1 We can ship products to most countries worldwide. Please note that we cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes.
8.2 All orders are delivered using a courier service. Most orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days and delivered to your given address via courier following an additional 5 working days. For orders outside EU, products are delivered within 7 working days. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched via e-mail to your registered e-mail address.
8.3 The 'Anama Concept makes every effort to dispatch items on time, however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. In any event, the goods will be delivered to the customer no later than 30 days following acceptance of the order. If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the email confirming the shipment of your order, please contact us by email at info@theanamaconcept.com, stating your order number.
8.4 We reserve the right to only ship orders to addresses that match the billing address of the buyer as stated by him on the online form.

8.5 All orders are sent via traceable postal service and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you upon request. Some countries’ postal providers do not track international parcels once they have entered their country. We regret the fact that in such cases orders will only be traceable until they leave Greece.
